The The Weekday Faceyoga workouts are all about 10 minutes long and easy to follow. If you end up wanting to spend MORE time on your practice (which is what happens sometimes) you can add the Kundalini Faceyoga flow series to your daily practice.
Don't worry. As part of the curriculum you will get video guidance on how to workout during the weekends should you wish to do so.
The extra energy and resilience will come as a result of doing the daily exercises. One Faceyoga exercise a day is better than none. So get started and you will quickly experience how Faceyoga has the ability to support other aspects of your life.
Yes absolutely. The workouts are very easy to follow and if you are experiencing difficulties with any of the exercises you are always welcome to join the discussion and post your questions in our private Facebook group.
