  • How much time do I have to spend on the daily faceyoga workouts?

    The The Weekday Faceyoga workouts are all about 10 minutes long and easy to follow. If you end up wanting to spend MORE time on your practice (which is what happens sometimes) you can add the Kundalini Faceyoga flow series to your daily practice.

  • Is my Weekday Faceyoga online studio closed on the Weekends?

    Don't worry. As part of the curriculum you will get video guidance on how to workout during the weekends should you wish to do so.

  • I am super challenged right now, should I start Weekday Faceyoga now or wait until I have more time?

    The extra energy and resilience will come as a result of doing the daily exercises. One Faceyoga exercise a day is better than none. So get started and you will quickly experience how Faceyoga has the ability to support other aspects of your life.

  • I haven't done Faceyoga OR Kundalini yoga before. Can I join?

    Yes absolutely. The workouts are very easy to follow and if you are experiencing difficulties with any of the exercises you are always welcome to join the discussion and post your questions in our private Facebook group.

  • I've looked at other Faceyoga programs, what's special about Weekday Faceyoga?

Niki Terlich

Niki is a Faceyoga coach, boss and mother of four. When she was 35 her eldest son became sick with brain cancer. This traumatic experience was compounded by simultaneously going through a divorce. She found herself alone, with her children and carrying all the emotional baggage of caring for a sick child. Niki witnessed how her face changed due to the stress, how 2 months of life became ten years of wear. As her son began to get better she started searching for a solution to look happy again which led her to Faceyoga. Already being a kundalini yoga teacher, Niki tapped into an extremely potent practice when she started combining Faceyoga and Kundalini yoga. She's now sharing this potent path to a more youthful appearance, more clarity and more joy.
